RDA was implemented internationally on April 1, 2013. A full description of RDA can be found at the site of its developing body, the Joint Steering Committee (JSC): http://www.rda-jsc.org/rda.html. Two examples of transportation resources in RDA, in MARC format, requested by a member of the LIST Committee, as well as a few more notes on RDA, can be found here.
